Heart Attack Scare: See Recuperating Picture Of Nigerian International Samuel Kalu On Sick Bed (pic)

Super Eagles of Nigeria winger, Samuel Kalu reportedly suffered a heart attack on Friday – commencement date of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2019 in Egypt.

Report has it that the French-based player was rushed to the hospital during training. This, according to colleagues in Egypt.

But tests taken from the hospital, revealed that he was dehydrated and just needed to take enough fluid after being stabilized.

The footballer has had rough days in the last few month, as his mother was reportedly kidnapped after which he sustained a hamstring injury while on club duties for French club Bordeaux. Recall that it was reported months ago that his mother Ozuruonye Juliet Kalu, was kidnapped from her car on February 27 as she traveled to her home in Abia state. She was released a week later after a ransom was paid.
